The paper aims to show aspects of the roof top extensions other than this, especially the aspect of sustainability, then the aspect of social, economic and urban development, and within them to prove that the vertical extension of the existing residential buildings is a positive process, both in terms of creating new and in terms of preserving the existing housing.
