In this paper, we give a complete survey of the lines of curvature on
quadratic surfaces, and, more generally, on tangent surfaces, general
cylinders and cones. We also apply our own software to the graphical representation of all the results we present.

Curvature; quadratic surfaces; tangent surfaces; graphical representation.
