Abstract

Despite the rare appearance of the bilateral absence of paired cerebral arteries – internal carotid or vertebral one, the purpose of this paper is the comparison of such cases. Described differences (or similarities) are mostly related to the general data, morphophysiology, and (selected) pathological conditions.
