A UNIQUE EQUIVALENCE CLASS OF NEAR-POINTS OF COINCIDENCE FOR GENERALIZED CONTRACTIONS IN INTERVAL SPACES
Abstract
In this article, we discuss some theorems of near-points of coincidence for generalized contractive mappings in metric and normed interval spaces that are also weakly compatible self-mappings. In these theorems, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of common near-fixed points. We also provide examples to demonstrate the validity of our work.
