CALL FOR PAPERS: HUMAN RIGHTS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE

The Editorial Board invites submissions for a special issue dedicated to exploring the intersection of human rights and artificial intelligence.
We welcome original research papers addressing the legal, ethical, and institutional challenges posed by AI technologies — from algorithmic governance and digital constitutionalism to accountability, equality, and privacy in the digital age.
Suggested themes include:
- Digital rights and principles
- The rule of law in the era of algorithms
- Security and safety in the context of AI
- Rights in the digital age: property, intellectual property, and consumer protection
- E-justice and the future of fair trial guarantees
- The AI and challenges for the legal system
