PHÉNOMÈNES DE FRAMING DANS LE DISCOURS ENVIRONNEMENTAL DES ENTREPRISES
Abstract
La communication des entreprises sur leur site Internet est une occasion idéale de se « mettre en scène ». Les organisations sont ainsi libres de présenter l’information à leur avantage, et, ce faisant, de tenter de diriger l’interprétation de leur public selon un procédé de framing. Sur la base de deux de ces formes de framing issues de la typologie de MacLachlan et Reid (1994), nous démontrons l’existence, dans deux corpus distincts, d’une corrélation statistique significative entre organisation spécifique de l’information dans le déroulé de la phrase, et recours aux figements thématiques du discours environnemental.
